What Makes Boys Boys?

Mama is very worried about my brother. Why is it that guys have a tendency to like very rough sports such as rugby and American football? Is there a biological or psychological component in them that makes them this way? And is it healthy? A game like rugby which all my brothers and male cousins play is very dangerous and can be fatal!

This is a very interesting question? So basically what makes boys boys?
In the past, there were theories that aggression in men has a lot to do with the hormone testosterone but recent studies are now arguing this to be false. Boys do tend to have a healthy interest in sports and ?rough-play? and I think there should be more chances of keeping them safe, than there is of dissuading them from playing.
